Who We Are
We are presently associated with Heritage Institute of Technology since 2002 in the capacity of under seeing their Mess, Cafeteria operations. The entity presently serves the student, staff and faculties numbering to around 6000 student and 350 teaching and 250 non teaching staff, apart from the daily visitors. The canteen being the only place in the entire campus where food is cooked and served, hence the footfall is high of around more than 1500 person per days along with 200 students of Hostel. Herein apart from regular cooking we are also providing for MDP, Convocations, Conferences, Meet, Events and fest.
Apart from the fixed Lunch Meals, we are also serving them variety cuisine like South Indian, Chinese, Continental, North Indian, Chaat etc. Beverage section provides Assortment of drinks, shakes, juices, aerated drinks etc. All these being provided at a cost effective price keeping in mind the paying capacity of the students.
We believe that the student being a global citizen would carry our name along with the institutes name, hence we also want them to adapt to any cuisine on offer at a distance ground. The items under each cuisine is also given a regular changeover to offer them variety in items.
- We had also undertaken the operation of MCKV College and School in Liluah Howrah, and BBIT, Budge Budge but these were wound up due to operational difficulties specially logistical issue.
- We were also associated with the restaurant and banquet in Barsana Club, Beleghata which is a 60 cover multi cuisine Vegetarian restaurant. Here also apart from the Swimming pool, spa, gym the catering for various events with banqueting space for approx 250 heads was done however this was wound up during COVID period.
- We had also taken the Lease operation of Lakeland Country Club, wherein apart from managing the 120 cover multi cuisine restaurant, bar, swimming pool counter we were also looking after the 85 rooms, and the corporate banqueting operation. Herein we had the pleasure of serving almost all the top corporate names apart from the membership list of 5000 heads enrolled as members. Various multi star event like INDIAN IDOL, SAREGAMA. was coordinated by us from there.
- We are presently also providing office lunch to about 400 heads from our kitchen to various corporate entities.
- We have online presence as Cloud Kitchen and is operational for about 2 years.

He is having a deep knowledge and premium food engineering about the food for foodies and know about people liking. He is presently associated with heritage institute of technology around 6000 students, 350 teaching and 250 non teaching faculties and also associated with restaurant and banquet in Barsana club in Beliaghata. He had also taken lease operation of Panchwati holiday resort and coordinate various multi star event like Indian idol, saaregamapa. He build a corporate kitchen service which is more than of 2000 sqft.

A person wanted to do something different. Started from ITDC hotel Kolkata 2002 as a joiner chef air India and 0ther flight food service, with a large vessel became a chef in various hotels. He can come down at anytime to take the floor….always motivate the staff for work and new inventions with good quality. Celebrating all the festivals with new events and enthusiasm and enjoyment…The big thing is ready to take all the challenges come in front and make self proud… But still learning like a person . He was involved with Zee Bangla TV cooking show and world famous Amul India live cooking show with chef Thomas a gurgler (president of world chef association). Chef Deen studied a Hotel Management Calcutta School of Professional studies.
